the study

this weekend we are tackling several things.  first things first:  painting the living room.  i think we can knock this out on saturday.  to make life easier we are going to go with Benjamin Moore’s “Aura” line of paints.  You don’t have to prime beforehand, and each coat dries within one hour!

second, we are going to paint the back “study.”  i’m quite excited to get this room put together too.  blake has chosen green for the color of at least one wall (the space is small, so i think we’re going to paint the windowed wall and leave the other three white.)  here is HIS inspiration for color:

i think that color will look great in that space, and provide gorgeous contrast with the other three white walls.
